Minar Holdings is an Abu Dhabi-based diversified industrial and investment holding company headquartered in Mafraq Industrial Area. For more than 30 years it has grown a portfolio of 11 specialist companies serving energy, logistics, chemicals, property, engineering, trading, mobility, and professional training across the UAE and the GCC.
Our Heritage
From Mafraq to the World
Minar Holdings was established in Abu Dhabi's Mafraq Industrial Area more than three decades ago, when the company's first heavy-haulage operations began supporting the emirate's rapidly expanding oil and gas fields. What started as a fleet serving onshore rigs grew, project by project, into Cardiff General Transport — today one of the region's most trusted names in oilfield transportation and rig relocation.
As the UAE's economy diversified, so did Minar. The group added Minar Energy Services to deliver ADNOC-approved energy services and AdBlue chemical supply, Teraflow Logistics to connect Abu Dhabi to global supply chains, Minar General Trading FZE to source industrial equipment and chemicals, and NCMT Integrated Solutions to protect vehicles and equipment through ADNOC-approved training and precision engineering fabrication.
Today, Minar Holdings stands as a fully integrated industrial platform: over 500 major projects delivered, long-standing relationships with ADNOC, Weatherford, Halliburton, Wintershall Dea, Marubeni, and Archirodon, and an unbroken commitment to the safety, reliability, and self-sufficiency of the UAE's industrial base.
